Ferrari 348 GTB - Black

This 348 is one of only 15 right hand drive GTB’s ever made and the only one that was ordered in black.

The majority of stamps in the service book are from main dealers and for the last 4 years it has been looked after by HR Owen service.

This car is unlike any other 348 for sale, with a raft of upgrades to enhance both its performance and its drivability including an upgraded brake kit, sports adjustable dampers & Kevlar clutch.
It has recently had a 2 day full paint correction by Sportscar protection who have looked after this car for 10 years.

ISSUES
There are a few minor issues that need sorting.
The existing wheels on the car need refurbishing.
There is a 1.5” scratch on the lower drivers side of the car.
Some minor bits inside the car need to have the leather replaced.
Some trim panels have the common sticky issue and may need recovering


ADDITIONAL NOTES
1. The 2007 Annual and Cambelt change was done by a good friend who used to rebuild Cosworth engines and we spent 3 months working on the car. Changing a lot of bits including the suspension bushes, hoses, seals etc. The whoel procedure was posted on the Club Scuderia forum
2. The mileage was not written on the 13/11/08 service invoice from QV London so we have no idea what it is. I also forgot to note the mileage for the 2007 service we did.
3. The most recent service done in April 2016 also included the replacement of the rear window seal, replacing Aircon unit bushes and engine bay bonnet struts.
4. The cat ECU’s have been removed. Haven’t used them since 2007.

I have my eye on a black 360 spider, but will only get it if I sell the 348 for near to the advertised price. Otehrwise i will keep the 348 for another 10 years.

Ferrari prices here in the UK are crazy. There are a couple of 348 spiders for £5,000 more

So here is the current situation.

If I sell it I will get the 360 Spider and modify that into a Spider Challenge Stradale.

If I don't sell it, it goes into a workshop on December 1st for some big modifications to get 400bhp plus.

Either way, it's a win win situation, although I reckon I would pick up more women in the convertible and being single..........

Its a beautiful specification etc but i felt a little high price given the mileage.
