I haven't run a Carfax on 61411, 61805, or 61813. If anyone wants to chip in and run a Carfax on one of those cars that would be very helpful in locating them. 61731 was last seen in Moreno Valley, CA in 2005.

Inez, Kentucky, population 466. I would think a Ferrari 328 would stand out in a town of 466 people.
