Has anyone actually had a Lusso delivered yet or seen them on the production line at the factory? I know there are several "show cars" at dealers for a couple of days at a time or at car shows but I have not seen or heard of any regular production yet. Still in final production development? Has anyone received an anticipated delivery or production date?
The same three cars are doing the rounds but some are being made for testing and final shake downs but I understand there will be no production line units until after the Autumn shut down so first left hand drive deliveries should be late Sept at the earliest and right hand drive units just before or more likely just after Xmas which means Jan/Feb for the UK.
The FF is still in production, or at least was (my car has just been completed so I know). I do not think that GTC4Lusso will get into full production before the FF production ends.
Brian, Thanks for the information, my dealer also told me it will be an end of the year delivery. I will be at the Atelier to spec my TDF on May 16th and will do a factory tour afterwards. i was hoping to spec the GTC Lusso at the same time. I ordered it but my dealer hasn't received their first GTC Lusso allocation as of now. I'll let you know if I see any on the production line.
First right-hand drive UK cars to be delivered at around January at best which is later than initially planned according to HR Owen and the fact that it pushed my car to February-March time. European cars were delayed till around December 2016 according to my friend from Geneva whose order suffered similar fate. Why don't you just call up your local dealer? I am sure they will gladly provide you with the most up-to-date details on production.
My dealer told me late November or December but still hasn't received their first car allotment. Judging from the post above saying the first Euro Lussos are being delayed until December I highly doubt that US cars will be here before the New Year or later. I am in Maranello on Monday and will see if any GTC's are currently in production.
Did you go with something safe for the tdF or bold like grigio alloy? The Lusso by comparison I think can get by with one of the lighter colors.
I had a Grigio alloy 612, and in the UK at least, dealers were terrified of the colour for resale (having of course been fine when I bought it (cancelled order by someone else), also had a Grigio alloy 360 in the same deal, and that car was less of a worry in the colour they said, it was the larger cars they were more concerned about. I actually really liked it, lovely blue interior on the 612. 2006, gated, dropped like a stone in value post 2008, sold it 2012 for a 599 on a good deal, promptly since then, would have recovered some value doh
Thanks very much! That's very likely, been dealing with Carrs since early 2002, a Maserati 3200GT in, and it looked way better than it sounds, gold!
I am building the TDF at the Atelier Monday and am doing white with a NART Blue Stripe, leather blue sterling interior and gold wheels to be the big brother to my similar specified Aperta. The GTC Lusso will be Silverstone with Couio Toscana Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Saw what we were told were the first lusso's on the production line yesterday. The guide said no customer deliveries yet.
Are you doing Tailor Made or Atelier?? Either way, sure you will enjoy. We are heading to the factory on June 7😊
Was at the factory today and saw only one GTC Lusso being built, it was white with a Blue Sterling interior. Lot's of F12's and 3TDF's on the 12 cylinder line. 2 more TDF's at the finishing area.
