Wow thanks for that, very informative!

I see what you meant about no grey but also it does look like I expected, so I didn't express myself very well and finally, the tdf in question could perfectly be Blu Ahrabian by the pictures I saw.

Nero Daytona has just grey metalflake. Red for Blue Pozzi.
I dont know at all this Blue Arhabian. Is it a darker blue near of the Scozia ?

to me the color looks like steel blue especially from the side. In the close up it appears to be mauve and turquoise flecks floating in gray blue.
You provided these LaFerrari pictures before of the color. Seems like a rather flat color that doesn't draw you in like blu tdf or blu sera does...

Also if you choose a special color; why do the top half of the car in a different shade????

You are right about looking like steel blue which is why I asked for a sample as there is also an image which shows it as grey blue as below, but in reality, when you hold a sample in your hand, it is regretfully not and I would hope the image showing it in detail proves the point-I cannot do much more than show an actual sample to help show this. Trust me, I actually wanted to order a car in this colour, bothered to go to Atelier to get a sample so was all set, only to be disappointed to find this odd metalflake. I also tried it in all lights trying to get it to go grey but nothing did so-weird.

The fact is, in this instance, either the camera lied, the light was strange or photoshop interfered as it is hard to believe these shots are of the same car!

Oh my, no! I wish. I was simply at the shop picking up my car and secretly snapped those shots. Since the car is being displayed tomorrow at Ferrari of Atlanta, I felt it safe to post them now.

The owner is a member here, though.

Note this not my car. More of a "spotting" series of photos.

    Sorry for any confusion.

Wow a tale of woe there for sure! I have seen blu tdf on an F12 tdF looking like two different paint colors except for wearing the same lic plate number. Pictures make the color game fraught with peril.
However what about that Lusso color? Was the show car painted nuovo grigio ferro which I seem to recall you suggesting it having more of a blue tint than the old standard grigio ferro?
I still think the SWB wearing blu notte was a real charmer...

Maybe its me but the tdf does not accommodate a large central stripe aesthetically speaking. The dual hood vents, headlights, black carbon bridge and aero tunnel are just too close together to throw a fat stripe in. Too much going on IMO.

Is it yours? I know you have a history of ordering cars without shields, which I am HUGE fan of.

100% agreed. The GTO stripe is beautiful, perfectly integrated. On the Tdf it doesn't work.
