Have you checked the entire Sporting Regs whether there isn´t a point Hamilton violated? They said both were wrong and both were right so having the same amount of fault they are not penalized? It is obviously not as clear as you see it because the stewards know the paragraphs as well but came to a different conclusion...

Onus of Responsibility of a safe pass is on the overtaking driver. Both were at fault. Both went for the same spot at the same time and neither gave way. It all happened very quickly. Racing incident, on to Monaco.

You need to read the: Anti-Lewis Hamilton section of the official rules and regulations.

I think the details can be found in here somewhere: Lewis Hamilton

    ;)

Believe the Rat has enough experience to make the informed call. Comments from a neutral party, gut instinct and zero politics involved.

Anyone want to bet it won't happen again this season ? ;).

He started the move way before Lewis was next to him, but Lewis kept going right anyway. As I said, racing incident as both could have avoided it. It's usually on the following driver but the engine mode issue gave him less time to react, so not all on him.

You should make the poll "visible" so we can see who voted for who

    I thought it was Kvyat's fault :p

Also I don't believe Nico (I'm in an F1 race, I'm 2nd at the start, I pass Lewis .... ohh no, I'm in the wrong racing mode  , now I have to defend against this lunging idiot, I'll do a Senna and crash us out as I'm ahead in the WDC)

I predict a few more crashes engineered by Nico that Hamilton will fall into

Where ever Hamilton was going, it was going ton be a disappearing gap. He was never going to make that corner unless Rosberg was going to brake extremely early.

    Hamilton's fault, 100%.

Because you get full power in launch mode, then once you hit the brakes it reverts to the setting on the steering wheel. So, he had full power in the run to t1,then as soon as he hit the brakes it went into regen mode as that's the mode he had set on the steering wheel, while Lewis was in race mode.

I said both. Rosberg dipped inside to block Hamilton like he was allowed and Hamilton should've went outside and easily would've overtaken him. I thought nico kept moving right a little more than he should and Hamilton tried to overtake on the grass instead of letting up. He knew the outcome.
