    Rules certainly help to assess the blame here but in real world racing terms both drivers are at fault here. Rosberg for basically blocking a much faster approaching Hamilton and Hamilton for trying to make a balls-out move on his teammate in a spot with no run-off space. The team is the biggest loser here.

    The stewards at Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya eventually decided to take no further action regarding the collision, saying “neither driver was wholly or predominantly at fault”.
