Way cool! .. A Boeing factory tour, whatever it might involve, is high on list of to-do's ..

I failed to mention that this display is in the original Boeing building, "The Red Barn." Plant One.

I hope to stop by the museum during my one-and-only day in Seattle this August, on my way home from Ketchikan. Looks great, Bob!

    Looks fantastic, Bob.

    You are truly an artist.

I think I see a couple of non-Boeing planes there... ha...

Remember that Boeing now owns the legacy of Douglas, McDonnell and North American. If they were being built today, the DC-3, F-4 and B-25 (to name a few) would be "Boeing" airplanes!

Thanks to all. I finally figured out how to get ALL the little blue numbers covered with the right color.

Great looking paintings and nice display. I can't remember but have you done any automotive paintings. If they are half as good as your aviation stuff they would be amazing.

Now that I've admitted to needing reading glasses, I'll have to get a copy. It's amazing how well I can see up close now!

    That's your painting? Wow!

Looks like a photo! If I didn't know better, I'd be tempted to throw the BS flag! ;)

    Cheers,
    Ian

I love the Rainbow also, but terrible name. Sounds like a Barbie name.

Republic Rambo, Raider... or almost anything else...

This is the airplane that my squadron mate, Joe Frank Jones, tail gunner, rode down13,500 feet while trapped in the tail section after it was severed from the front half, and survived it.
