Very late 2002 production car. Superb condition, always well serviced and garaged. I know all the owners and have owned the car since 2008.
    Fresh service (20 miles ago)
Newly tuned and powder coated HRE 541R.
New Bridgestone Potenzw S-04 Ple Position XL (255/35/20fr and 285/30/20rear)
    New trunk lid supports
Early dealer installed strut brace performance pack (very clean shut lines)
    Headlamps replaced and remain clear

Car comes with two cockpit covers, tonneau cover, all the keys(4), Z8 zippered key fob, two Z8 pins in boxes, all the tools, tire gauge, tire inflator, a box of hard cover Z8 books, mags, and period publications, incl prized coffee table book in its own box.

Also window blanket, wired battery tender, hard top, hard top trolley and cover, original phone kit in box and custom clear acrylic windblocker with its own bag, as well as oem mesh wind block.

I don't think the top has ever been on. Soft top is in great shape, headlights were replaced and remain clear.

Mods include Dinan stage two suspension
    Dinan ecu tune
Brembo big brake kit with red calipers
    Quaife differential with 3.64 ratio,
20" newly retuned and powdercoated HRE 541
Eisenmann Race exhaust (awesome sound but never too much)
    CDC valve removed
    Ultimate pedals
    Short shift kit.

Car is set up for driving experience. Handles great, is still smooth on the road and sounds like it should.

    Thank you both.
The driving change is about what you get when going from a 430 to a Scuderia, but with no harshness in ride quality. Exhaust sounds great, throaty and deep but does not effect conversation in the car even with the top down.

Its a great car and I hate to sell it but have owned it since 2008 and thats a serious record for me!

Yes, a question often asked is what new model is that?
People are drawn to the car in a very friendly way, which is also very nice.

This car is on my bucket list.
I just sold my Fiat Dino Spider 2.4 3 weeks ago, after two solid years of restoration.

If I did not have my 80 M1, I would be jumping on this - second most desirable BMW ever!

Vince, I've got an idea. Sell me the M1 and then use the $ to buy the Z8. Besides, nobody wants a BMW from the early 80s. A late 90s is much better of a driver
