The track only just started to cool the last 2 laps - about 5 laps after Pirelli Said how surprised they were that he Lasted so long


Amazing drive - the haters are quiet in here today that's for sure. Ham showing everyone why he's the best driver on the grid

 

So frustrating this track makes it so hard to pass

Yep the tires are fine here. No massive speeds or loads on them. I thought RB screwed ricci both with the pit stop and the tire selection. Ricci would be up 10 seconds on Hammy if they didn't blow it.

He was plenty lucky today, with ricciardo tires and not getting a penalty for cheating. I'm sure you'll drum your chest and shout it off the rooftops of how great he is though

You must be joking...his team mate suffered from technical problems, he was gifted the lead by the RB pits and got away with a driving mistake when Ricciardo put pressure on him...Yeah, very masterfull....

Oh and I forgot: as the strategy worked out it must have been his idea, last year it did not and it was the teams fault...

 

Hammy shows that it's better to be lucky than good....can't say he didn't put a foot wrong as he cut the chicane but stewards want to make the championship interesting so they let it slide. Curious to see how the RB will go on the faster circuits.

Rosbergs problems lasted only half the race and he still couldn't get past alonso. Last year he was 25 secs slower than Hamilton. This is a drivers track and Hamilton is just far better. Bitter pill for you ladies to swallow I know
