I'm down to 2 choices for a personalized plate. Personally I'm not a fan of "cute" plates. I want to keep it simple. I'm down to 2 simple choices. Wanted F12 but it is taken so

    4RE F12 or F12 4RE.

I would appreciate your thoughts as I've gone from choice 1 to choice 2 to "does it really matter."

If "Big Red" is available, go with that one.

Even though 4RE F12 is the correct way, F12 4RE looks better. IMO.

Are you allowed 7 characters? I'd go for the reverse-snob value of REPLICA.

    :D

Anyway, wouldn't 4RI F12 be more accurate, linguistically? (I guess not, if you're intent on pronouncing every letter per its alphabet form. But then the '4' doesn't work.)

If you would have just been here before Noon. Just gave it away. I do like your interpretation though.

I had a GT2 that the previous owner built to some ridiculous horsepower and a magazine did an article about it. In the article they called it the "Red Devil." I got the plate RED DEV1L for it.

All good choices but not within my parameters.

Your thinking is exactly like mine. When somebody asks what car is that you say Chevy Malibu - not Malibu Chevy. Somehow in this case F12 4RE just seems to flow better on a plate. This is the reason I started the post.

Sorry if I just don't like Replica. As far as 4RI F12 goes, did you ever look at most people in your rear view mirror? Most are "linguistically challenged." I think phonetically is the way to go.

Same as previous answer. Maybe I am not giving people enough credit, but not sure half the people behind me would know what XII is. Especially with the "new math" these days.

Contrary to poll results I'm going with F12 4RE.

I want to thank everybody for their input.

Of your two choices I like F12 4RE just because to my eyes this setup is better framed the hard edge of the F at the start and the E gives a fairly straight edge as well. The 4 at the beginning and 2 at the end of the other choice isn't as well framed. I know this is probably going to be read as silly by many, but you asked and its how how I see it.

It's clearly a Ferrari by all the badging etc. The name of the brand in the plate a little overkill.

GUZZLER makes more sense or perhaps NOTGRN or maybe GBLWRMR. Wait, that might tick off the greens so best to go with 1PRCNTR . All of which were on my list but went with something less controversial.

Beautiful. I feel bad for you "front plate" guys. Rear only in Pennsylvania.
