OFFICIAL FERRARI F12 TDF PICTURE THREAD

This is the Blu Ahrabian tdf. It's being widely reported (including photographers) and visually matching 100%.

 

There was Rosso Corsa TDF spotted in the FMS carpark nearly a month ago. Brisbane and Perth are also both expecting a Giallo Tristato each

Looks like Nero Stellato comes alive under the sun. I can only begin to imagine what it must be like live, in the metal. The kind of shade that would make me regret despising black cars.

And I can never stop loving gold wheels. What a combo!

I saw a Cali t with the same colour on the tailor made vids from a few pages back on a sunny autumn day on the roads. The flip is actually quite subtle on the roads. It's only pics comparing it in dark environments compared to ultra sunny environments where the flip becomes almost two different colours.

The last one is probably JackCongo's car

 

It is simply the oddest chameleon like colour I have ever seen, a bit like a two way shine suit. Glad I didn't take the punt.

 

I have to say I really like it now but I admit it's not for everyone! No wonder why it is a one-off (or two-off) to the taste of Mr. Ahrabian.

So, Tim, can you give us a hint as to where you're headed with your tdf spec, colour wise?

 

Until my Panadol arrives, I am keeping my options open.

Put it like this, my aim and brief to myself and TM was : Stylish, Classic, Sporty but Individual.

Whether I dare post the finished result I am not sure.....

 

As if you wouldn't. There is yet to be a bad spec and I can't imagine yours being the first one.

Stripe Vs No stripe

 

The one with the stripe looks so much more purposeful and ready to go racing while the one without looks like it is waiting for its livery to be applied.

Ups : went too fast, this one does have black wheels too! well, mine has sport (black) exhaust tips. In any case, not mine!

I cannot really judge what it is just from the pics. It depends so much on the ambient light, but I'm pretty sure it's not CdF. Could be Grigio Silverstone or something else
