Canadian GP - Who is going?

I'll be there, assuming I'll get my tix in time.

Regardless I'll be at Crescent street on Friday and Saturday night

Coming up from MD/DC area with a group. Haven't been to the Canadian GP since 2005. Very much looking forward to it.

 

One of the things I always hear about this one. Not only does it nearly always provide a thrilling race, but the whole ambiance is supposed to be fantastic.

Not sure when but definitely a track I really want to visit.

 

Enjoy!!! I've been fortunate enough to attend Montreal in 2008, 2010, and 2012. It's a fabulous race in a city that really embraces the weekend activities!

 

It is true and IMHO down to the French Canadians who connect to the Grande Nation this way. Which is really funny since France abandoned the Grand Prix long ago.

Whatever the reasons, I am happy to see them party like its 1999

 

I go every year religiously. Great circuit and great city!!

IMHO Harmony 5 is the worst artificial group in a long time. Compared to them the Bieb is a Pavarotti. At least they promised to leave the US if Trump wins (no political debate here now pls).

Can't answer the Q, but what a great corner! One of the few left that'll truly bite if you get it, or more correctly, the exit from the previous one, wrong.

I am taking the 11:30 am flight from Philly on Friday and should be walking on Crescent St with a drink in my hand by 3pm.
This is a great venue and the city of Montreal really embraces the fans.

Well placed walls are awesome . Some punishment here when you mess up! Same goes for the first chicane, that's collected plenty of cars over the years (more than the wall of champions in recent years?). Even after the chicane, mess up the left hander, the right corner following will punish you. Get on the marbles and it's game over.

So much better than parking lot run offs.

Definitely on my bucket list!

Everything about it seems 'right'. A buddy's buddy (!) had (may still have) a contract for something like 'pitlane communications' - I completely forgot to ask him if he needed help this year. (He's apparently offered the gig to my buddy, but he's not interested!)

Hamilton. HAte to say it for the lack of grace he showed in Monaco. Who was it said character is revealed when you win? Wooden? Sure was right abou that.

 

If that is true I can't wait for the boos when he is introduced.
