Mark , great pictures and thanks man.
Fantastic pics. Looks like a terrific opportunity to be up close and personal with some iconic cars. Thanks for sharing.
It's people everywhere. Few months back, I pulled up to Scottsdale Ferrari to pick something up. I was inside maybe 30 seconds and returned to find a family of three inside my Ferrari poking about....and then THEY got mad at me for wanting to leave and disturb their happiness.
I wish. Actually, it's the reception area at the factory. That photo was from last year's trip, but thought I'd post anyhow. We head to the factory for a tour tomorrow😊
I have never seen this car before, what's the story on it? I assume it's a design concept car but looks like a kit car
It is called the Thomassima, I believe. Designed by American Tom Meade who set up shop in Modena and based his creations around Ferrari chassis. This was based upon 250 running gear. Google "Meade of Modena" and it will take you to a website explaining this history. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Great pic... They covered my phone right when we got into the reception room... "Non photographia per favorie"
I went to the BMW Welt with my niece and nephew a few months back. I had to leave after 2 floors and about 30 mins. They were running everywhere and touching priceless cars and motorcycles. Their parents (German + American) were not controlling them and you can't parent other people's kids. The impact on my daughter was also negative seeing how they behaved and believing it to be ok. I'll go back one day with my wife and daughter and actually enjoy it and not worry about breaking things and being embarrassed.
you young guys need to be edumacated! cover of R&T in the late '60's Tom Meade's wild Ferrari Thomassima was the P4/5 of its day
