I recently advanced the camshafts to non cat spec's, the motor does not want to rev past 6000 rpm, is it the cam timing that is causing this? does the cam sensor need adjusting?
do the ecu's have a rev limiter? or is it an electric problem that has nothing to do with the cam timing? HELP!

Not really enough info here but the obvious implication is that the cam timing is off.

Are the converters still on the car?

I know the 355's have throttle cable issues. Do you know if it's opening all the way?

Need to know advance amount but if you go to far it usually will still rev to redline. That being said I have never advanced so much that it would not.

I would think if you go to far the cam sensors may not work properly and limit the rpms if they are outside there range.
