    1994 Jaguar XJ220
    446 Original Miles
1 of 271 Produced by Jaguar
1 of a handful of cars that was imported into the USA
Original Spa Silver over Grey Leather

The late 80s spawned some of the greatest Supercars of our time, including the Ferrari F40, Porsche 959 and the Jaguar XJ220. Arguably, the Jaguar XJ220 was the boldest of the bunch. It was the world’s fastest production car at 217 mph until the Mclaren F1 and at $650,000.00 MSRP, was one of the most expensive cars ever sold. Its 3.5 liter V6 Twin Turbo, virtually direct from Jaguars winning XJR9 and XJR10 race cars, produced 540hp compared to the F40s 471hp and 959s 440hp. And the Jaguar XJ220 held the Nurburgring production car lap record at 7:46.36 from 1992 till 2000.

We spent over 1 year looking for a nice XJ220 example, during this process we found that majority of the cars were kept in massive collections and owners would not take any offer. The XJ220 is accepted as one of the most undervalued supercars in the world and will one day be a multi million dollar car. We found, what we believe is the nicest example in the USA.

Car #328 (customer order #) is a one-owner car that came from the esteemed collection of enthusiast Manfredo Lippmann. Lippmann, famously raced in the 1953 Carrera Panamericana in his Blue and White livery Porsche 356. From 1950s until his death, Lippmann amassed a massive car collection including everything from a Mercedes 300SL Gullwing to a Sauber C8 Race Car.

The car comes in stunning original condition accompanied by books, tools, records and extra keys.

Similar car with similar miles, untouched in Imola Red has asking price of $650k.

Last year in Monterey another Silver car with around 2,000 miles sold for $485k.

Have done around 3-4 miles, it is honestly incredible. The power and sounds from the Turbo's is insane! And on-lookers stare at the car as if a UFO has landed...

When I was young I remember having a 1:18 scale version of this so I've always had a soft spot for them. Car looks stunning, glws!

Love these cars. You can't beat that design and I'm far from a Jag guy. Makes Miami look even better!

Always preferred the XJR15 (although they are two very different beasts) but have always appreciated and loved the XJ220 as well. This one is a beauty...too bad she hasn't been driven like she deserves to be! Good luck with the sale and hopefully the next owner is a little less gentle with her ;)

Saw a BRG XJ 220 at the Daytona 24 about 18 years ago, & it was bearing a US license plate. Really cool car!

A rare opportunity! Wow...Jay Leno recently featured one and the video is great.

What a VERY special car and high water mark in Jag's history and auto lineage.

I understand these are expensive to maintain. Much more than a typical F car flat 12.

DOT is Show and Display approval. EPA was performed.

This was one of only a handful imported into the USA.

Honestly, I thought the same. The car was developed by TWR and very straight forward. Basically, a race car setup with the 6 cylinder turbo. Electronics are NOT complicated. Fuel system plumbing is all racing components. Amazingly well built!

After much research I found that the supposed $40-50k service for Fuel Bladders and Timing Belts is closer to $18-21k. Considering usage I have been told this is good for 7-10 years.

This is similar to that of the service of a F40 or F50 (*timing chain), if not cheaper.

Beautiful car... I'd love to have it... but financially there's no way.

    Good luck with the sale!
