It was his choice to write the word,no one else's

I've just had a word deleted from here that had a couple of asterisks in place of letters,portraying what Horse had posted.

My question I put to the mod whom we all know,who deleted it was,how did one particularly offensive word,primarily in the GG thread,get overlooked.

I wonder if Horse had spelt his word with a PH instead of an F,would it have missed the censor?..as the other word,my example,had a C replaced by a K.
