I see a lot of red in it, much more than Vinaccia normally shows. But not yet sure if the red brick walls are contributing or not.
I agree. I love my 612, but the gto is the car I would own in preference to anything else, no exceptions.

From my research on the GTO track package - for a GTO driven at a normal pace on the street the "winglets" are mere aesthetics and might even hamper rather than enhance the GTO's capabilities (lower ground clearance for curbs, additional drag, lower VMAX, etc). Most of us GTO owners wouldn't know the difference if they were present or not. However, for a GTO that has the blessing/benefit/opportunity to be a true track car (lets be candid the GTO was designed to be a track monster but with the basic F car pleasantries) the winglets and extended spoilers (ie. the track package) provide significant additional down force to keep your GTO stuck to the pavement when at warp speeds. That being said, if your not going to spend alot of time at the track with the GTO there is no functional reason to acquire the track package. Maybe someone who has the track package on their GTO and tracks the GTO often (Peter Mann ?) can chime in as candidly my GTO does NOT have the track package so I have zero real World knowledge.
That is one seriously bad ass looking GTO. Period. Full stop. IMHO that black GTO is what kids dream about getting when they grow up.
I seem to recall when the track pack was brought up before it was mentioned that the track pack was only really suitable for low speed tight tracks and could result in instability on higher speed tracks. I think M-Individual did some investigation about fitting it to his car, I could be mistaken though.
Definitely. My concern for the track package would be destroying the front lip/diffuser/undertray or whatever it is called in real road life conditions. Did the gto have optional front lifter? http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/143868282-post30.html
Good question but I don't have the answer ! My GTO has no front axle lifter although that didn't stop me from enjoying her today. My Lord what a ride she is. Every time I'm in her its like having sex for the first time. F....kin GTO what more can I say ? She's automotive perfection.

Not a fan of white on a GTO but this spec looks excellent with black roof and rims. Marshall Goldman has a similar looking GTO for sale.
