    Typical garage door is 7'. That looks like about 9'.

    its extra deep so I moved the rack to the back in order to clear the garage door box.

    As a suggestion, Chas:

    Consider having your door converted to a high lift with side, shaft driven opener. Same door can be used. Let you could pull the lift back and have plenty of room against the front wall for cabinets and benches.
