Thanks. Maybe Ferrari should follow suit and start selling special editions in pairs:).

But guys, this is not something new...

We all have been discussing black wheels around here probably ever since they started to be so frequently specced. Not a new topic at all. Just take a look at the LaFerrari picture thread, in the early pages of 2013 and 2014 black wheels were already critiziced by many of us.

Tim you're a grey guy, just like me (Nothing to do with hair color).

I'm pretty sure you will come back to it for your M. At least I hope so

I'm afraid that is correct. I am going back to my comfort zone with Ferro or GT, most likely Ferro with the M after bravely going slightly off piste with the tdf, and that's before I've even seen the car.

Tim, maybe you will get an "e" paint job and instead of blue it will be gray when the whip the cover sheet off your very own tdF model...

What you say is closer to the truth than you know as had I not insisted, against great resistance from the Factory, to have a paint sample of the colour I had chosen, they would have whipped the cover off the real car when I collected ex factory and it was definitely destined to be the wrong colour. Astounding.

However, if it now turns out to be Ferro, I wouldn't really worry whereas the colour they had chosen inadvertently for me would have been a disaster.

Special paint for special car, More usual color for a more usual V12 GT. 100% Agreed.

I'm astonished by the level of personalization. Even the intake carbon fiber airboxes are finished in a custom color, first time I see it on a production Ferrari.

The garage is simply the most beautiful I've seen so far, And I've browsed many "Sick garage thread" in many forums.

    Congrats Benjamin.

    Why thank you!

One of the great features of the TDF seems to be that it accommodates a wide variety of liveries with grace. Want simple and classy like the Grigio example above, or slightly more involved like Peter's blue & white? Looks superb! Want to get more radical with yellow & blue across exterior and interior? It works delightfully.

    Absolutely!

Concerning the garage, I love it because of the material used, the subtle decoration, not overdone with tons of ferrari memorabilia, and It looks so clean !

Sometimes I see supercars parked near Garden Hoses and kid bikes. No No No !!!

Depends on people's lifestyles and how they perceive their supercar. Some may just see it as a fun toy for the weekend and others may be completely immersed in the lifestyle and see their supercar as a work of art.

    Next to a gorgeous 275: https://mobile.twitter.com/yournotmyfather/status/751416112139661312/photo/1

Yes, you're right. This colour is the best IMHO. No black, no semi black, no dark at all.

But this has to do with the taste..which is something personal.
