Simsko, I'm starting to imagine a nasty tdf in Avorio, all exterior parts in brown carbon (Like treynor but brown instead of blue) and interior in Iroko leather/alcantara.

Could be great... Do you know a rich widow ?

P.S : I share the same impression about the pics. Too lemony on some pics.

That's been in my mind for a while:). Spot on with the brown cf and iroko interior as well. I would probably do the horizontal stripe in brown as well but would have to see how it would look on the configurator. Maybe we could do an fchat crowd sourcing campaign:):)?

Yes!! You are channeling my thoughts. Although I'd replace iroko with cioccolata, but that's a minor detail. :)

Lovely TdF. Not crazy about the stripe, but not sure I could come up with a better colour to complement avorio. Maybe just do avorio without a stripe?

As mentioned my first choice would be a horizontal stripe in brown but the standard vertical stripe in brown would look interesting as well. You could try all three variations with all three sections, just outside sections or just inside section. If all else fails, do a 599 GTO stripe up to the emblem:).

Ahahah Now we are 3 ! Yes I was thinking about avorio without stripe but like Simsko said It can look good with one .. We need to see it on a dealer configurator.

As for Iroko and Cioccolato I must admit after seeing many pics I still have troubles to see the difference. Maybe Iroko is a little more dark ?

Sounds great;). We could start the avorio/brown cf patronage or world heritage fund:).

Yes iroko is a little darker and less choclatey brown.

I thought iroko was lighter than cioccolata. But, you can't go wrong with either.

Wasn't there a classic racing Ferrari with avorio and green livery?

At first I thought a dark green would match avorio better but I find the brown seems to be part of the same family and they don't fight each other for attention. Plus I love brown cf as opposed to green cf. If you want to get really eccentric than chuck in a dark green/olive interior in the hypothetical tdf configuration above.

Funnily enough the best direct comparison I have found is from these two Dealges at 3 minutes 16 seconds into this vid: https://youtu.be/4futjb-Og54

Thanks. Is there an official name for the off white shades? I have come to realise there are quite a few in between but I haven't been able to find any official names. The only thing that seems close is Bianco Fuji but that looks metallic.

I think I solved my own mystery as there is a paint code called Bianco Avorio & Bianco Avorio It. 6005. All this time it never occurred to me to look in the whites:).

Not exactly lighter but vibrant as has been said, shows that and a little orange under the sun. HOWEVER if not under direct light it is very hard to tell from rosso corsa in pictures. Remember it's a 3-layer which shows its glory under the sun or direct light, but otherwise looks comparatively muted.

Rosso F1 2007 and Piano Black are 4 layer paints, according to the EC pdf.
