    My brake pedal is weird when I start the car in the morning. It is fine the first time I step on the brake, and then it will become very hard on the second step(no hydrulic), and then it will regain power on the third step, and becomes normal again.
    I have already change the brake fluid and bleeding. any other ideas?

    Aside from the vacuum servo, check the check valves.

    I couldn’t see any check valve on the diagram. maybe there isn’t one?
