    Lewis Rocks :D

He needs to serve his engine penalty at Spa so he can come from the back of the field to a podium.
Plus he has a 19 point lead to spare - might as well get it out of the way early :)

silly excuse but the penalty is just as silly

F1 has become the softy sport where boys and men in the same playground whining, complaining and screaming at their mommy sitting in a room watching some screens

    silly driving really.

if he didn't intentionally just drive the car straight to the very edge of the line i believe anyone of us could respect the move, but he just had to go full rahtard and that's when he blew it.

    AGAIN.

    lol.

He was full lock.... when he was almost off the track and after he had forced Max completely off the track. It's not that other drivers don't drive others off the track, Rosberg just doesn't know how to do it. These guys do it all the time coming out of a corner, but dive bombing in will get you a penalty.

He couldn't because he had to react to max moving under braking.

Agreed, which is why much of the discussion is about one corner between Rosberg and Verstappen

The Sweater is running out of excuses. It was easy to blame Luca his first year but now they are going backwards. Might be time to look in the mirror

    Your wrong IMO.

He should've made the overtake stick, within track limits (not forcing another driver off track), but he was overshooting the corner, leaving Max no room wenn he finally turned in, leaving Max no other option than leaving the track.

    It's that clear.

Just as clear as COTA 2015 wenn Hambone should've gotten a penalty in lap 1, turn 1.

Rosberg is just clumsy, he should've turned the wheel earlier or just have some more patience and overtake Max later.

As Davidson said, if Rosberg turned in earlier he would've locked a wheel or both. He could've turned in earlier if Max didn't move under braking. Rosberg had to move as well which affected that.

Doesn't take away from the fact that my real life friends are utter morons and turn blind eyes and demand penalties when they are not just.

Based on this alone, I recognize the periphery of your viewpoint.

If ? maybe Rosberg shouldn't let his racing line be affected by what Max does ? there was enough space.....

And have you seen where Rosberg came from, from how far away.....

Now your claiming your opinion as fact.

I had a good time. I thought it was going to rain so I brought my umbrella, sure sign that it wouldn't. However, I did feel a few drops at lap 60.

The Haas brothers got a lot of air time, some passing too.

Lotta Max fans in the stands.

The Rosberg fans were not too happy when he blew his start.

I went onto the track, never did that before. Mayhem and fun. Got pretty close to the podium. Saw the trophy throw, the point, and Ricci drink from his shoe, yuck.

Back in Stuttgart, sunburnt, tired, and deaf.

Max choked. Leave a gap and be eaten is the F1 mantra. Watch the start of Canada, hey , there's no room and no penalty. Dive bombing and getting away with it is racing at it's essence. I'm truly shocked at the amount of usual suspects who believe a penalty (unheard of prior to this season) would be warranted. This is karting 101.

I agree there should have been no penalty.

But Nico's excuse on the radio was lame. A "I'm sorry guys. I'll try to get it back" would have been mature.

Good solid experience and thank you for reporting! I remember my first race and I had a hard time believing what I saw. When I first crossed the bridge over the track and F1 cars went by below, I ducked down due to the vibration ! It is really tiring attending a race and you're completely correct, sunburnt , tired and deaf was exactly what I remember also.

They were busy planning pit stops and tires strategy with Vettel, and did not conference Kimi in ....how rude :)

Impressed with Red Bull again....the rest was a race......

Ferrari if they have a less than stellar Spa should focus on 2017. The long season is much shorter soon.

That is the point: why is Rosberg treated different from Hamilton basically doing the same thing? Makes F1 like a game rather than a series of consistant regulations.
