Very cool watch. Congrats on this excellent choice. It is also on my radar for 2017. I have seen this watch in the flesh and to date, I have not seen anything that matches the quality and finish. Truly amazing.

Thank you....I continue to be mesmerized by the Zeitwerk. Here is a link to my review of which I compare it to my CGT :)

Nice strap, did you order it direct from LV?

Thanks. No its not from LV. It's from TheStrapSmith - Custom Leather Watch Straps by Rob Montana
Rob Montana is making really nice quality straps. He is using original LV canvas to make these straps as well.

I also did some dumb stuff in college. I drove a eleven year old '54 Corvette - looked pretty cool but was a POS in reality. At least your VEGA was likely a newish car. I have no real excuse for my car selection.

Very elegant! Gotta love the old Omegas. They represent fantastic value, although they are slowly creeping up. I am wearing my Omega Chronostop from 1967 today.

Pap... it is massive but served its purpose. And very bright for its size.

I tried to strap the watch to my hunting rifle to make it tactical and then point it at the large waterbuck while dragging him out of the brush, but I got wise and put it back on my wrist. Having 2 hands free to hold the horns sure helped.

Let's just say it has been a very good hunt ;)

First time using it. I am not law enforcement so I got it solely for hunting purposes. It is very light even for the size. But I don't think I loose any style points with the animals ;)

Very cool! Pardon my ignorance, but what is controlled by the left crown?
