    Is there a thread that someone can direct me to where there are some pictures on how to remove the Binnacle and Instrument Cluster from the Instrument Panel itself? I have read some of the threads but I am having trouble visualizing the instructions. Thanks!

    Basically the indicator lights are removed to see the attachement screws of the plate, leaving the gauges in it..

    Then once the plate is lose the binnacle bolts, are there.

    Not terribly hard except the lights are fragile 40 year old plastic, and breaking any of the gauges is bad news too

    I recently removed my instrument cluster. I can add the following:

    - The colored lenses on each of the four corner indicator lights (where the screws are located) can be removed by pulling outward. Sometimes the light bulb socket can be pushed inward out of its mounting frame thereby exposing the instrument panel mounting screws without breaking the mounting frame.
