Yup.........Tell him he's dreaming even if he includes a set of hollow 6 foot jousting sticks to sniff the nose candy......
Waiting on pics, but I know of 2 355 Berlinetta's that fetched very good money recently not quite 250 but just on 200. If you want a 355 especially a Berlinetta + manual you got to pay.
Drove to GP Melbourne, drove home Drove to FRD Sydney, drove home Drove to FNR 2014 Sydney, drove home Drove to GG 2014, drove home Drove to GG 2016 , drove home (ok, some dramas but it didn't go home on the back of a truck) Driven to QR/Lakeside/EC , drove home Been on the back of a truck ...... nope Had some issues ...... yep, it's an old car but easily fixed Am I enjoying it , you bet !!!
it was the "beat everyone" bit that amused me. How is that you can skite and not expect to be torn apart? This is Australia, we don't suck up to people. How many FTD's in the list above?
I was taking poetic license and it's my favourite 250GTO quote from some old magazine I read many years ago To me the challenge epitomises that ethic, can be driven on the road to the track, race , drive home , as opposed to the trailer crowd. FTD is very hard now with a 20 year old car but it does respectable times and there has been no other 355 beat it yet. Give me an FTD capable car and I'll see if I can do it Where are all your FTDs ? The only "racing" (really it's just lap dash crap) I did before 1999 when I got the GT4 was against the cops as a teenager where the trophy was my license If they won they got the license, if I won I got to keep it I've never sucked up to anyone my whole life , and I've paid the penalty for that but as you say mate, we're Aussies and FTW
I've never had one. Kudos to the people who do, but I don't have much time for people who focus on car club track days - it's not motorsport.

I hope the latter. Cars are actually a weak performing investment (as I've said here many times before). e.g. look at the price of a 3-bed house within 15 miles of central London in 1997 compared to today - you won't find any Ferrari that's done better. So forget what it owes you and join us on GG!
