Don't get me started on that subject.

I'm not working till Monday, so for now, it's relax time.
I might actually watch some of the Olympics.

Good to see that the bonnet in the mighty 400 is trying to squash your head, my porker is doing the exact same thing, although here is a tip, if you raise the rear spoiler all the way up, it holds....just

Forgetting all the vomiting, I remember when these hit the market in the UK caused quite a stir, and even visited the place where they were made and they are well made. Especially seeing they at least used lots of Ferrari parts of which there is probably the asking price in parts in this one.
But to the naysayers isn't replication the best form of flattery.

I can't actually tell the difference between that and a real Daytona.

Perhaps the difference is that a real one is even uglier than the replica?

Been seen at AutoItalia a couple of times, it's horrendous up close. The look of the wheels is achieved by using fiberglass hubcaps......

    From the ad:
"has never been registered in Australia. It was imported from the UK a few years ago and parked in a small collection of cars" .

I'm certain I've seen it being driven (on ACT plates) and yep, look what perrm posted a while back.

For a start there are no factory Daytona convertibles in Australia.

Gee the ride would be good on those wheels.... :(

The exterior colour is quite striking. I think I like it?

But I really don't get people who put an ad online for a $100k+ car and they can't even be bothered to do anything in the description except use the basic "file" info that comes with the ad. It is very off-putting.

Just to help you out Steve :)

My car was the first RHD spyder conversion, done by Autocraft UK in 1977.

And yes I sold it in 2013, pre-boom, much to PP's amusement. Modified classic Ferraris are extremely hard to sell and I was happy to move it on with a healthy profit.

Wonderful on a sunny day, awful in the rain, the (factory) soft top leaked like a sieve.
