A tempting price poing if a do-it-your self wrench wanted a 355. I like the color, def needs some love. Rough 25K miles.

What are you guys seeing that I'm missing in these two pictures that makes it so rough? I see a dusty door jamb and maybe some dirty on the floor mat. The front bumper could use a respray but how many of them out there for sale don't? And over half of them out there for sale are in need of a major. I'm just wondering what minute or glairing details my eyes don't pick up that make this a huge project car.

Brian - the leather is really, really tired (seats). Perhaps a redye but I don't love that option so new leather seats a min. The carpets look very filthy - perhaps they would clean up.

I guess when I only see 2 photos that makes me think much more is going to come to light seeing more.

And, the car is green. Like it, love it, hate it - it's not resale red :)

So, not a "project" in the sense of a ground up restoration but a car that needs service and some TLC.

    And, it's green :)

Decent project if she hasn't been wet. Carpets soil line pattern and fog lights makes me wonder. I see airbag shrinkage. Remarkably tired looking driver's seat. Really dirty carpets. Looks like a deal if its not a flood car.

Agreed. I don't think it's so much of a project as a car that just needs some TLC.
As others have said...lots of apparent wear for a car with that mileage, so a bit suspect. The interior on my 39k '97 is all original yet presents much better.

Off-color car needing some cosmetic attention and a Major....I think it's priced appropriately.

If there's a "story" of some kind (flood, etc), then overpriced.

    More photos on sellers website:

    1995 Ferrari F355 Berlinetta -

    - Guessing tires are done
    - Engine bay panels missing
    - Looks like a large scratch on rear grill buy horse
    - Either major road rash or just mud behind rear wheels on bumper
    - Looks to be original interior parts (fully refinish - we can help :))

Seems a bit high priced to me given the needs...

When I see a rough car like this, my first thought is I can only imagine what their bathrooms look like:(

Id say the majority of 355s have something that needs attention, but this guy needs a good tear down but nothing that cant be had.

Gullwing has no problem selling you a salbaged car flood or not.

Already have two no need for a third but looks easy enough to handle, engine trans would be a question as well.

The green may not be that bad. Maybe repaint it like others have done. I like something other than red.

His price should show you what a rough one may bring these days lets see how fast it sells. Of course we wont know the true sale price is but speed of sale will tell us something if someone gets it fast.

Time hagerty bumped our numbers a lot since them mean so much to so many.

You know 355s are #1 performer according to them.

    Popcorn is ready.

    Vin # anyone ?

Wow! You guys sure see a lot from two pictures. As a guy who does not like "standard colors" on his F-cars, I gave some serious thought to a BRG car before I got my Hyperion Blue Spider. That said, I think that guy is going to own that car for a long time at that price. How many "that"s can you get in one sentence? ;>)

Looks like it might be Verde Silverstone metallic. Pretty color if it is. But interior look bad for a 25k car.

Woolite for the carpeting and some leather cleaner will make the interior look just fine.

Might be best used as a track car if the mechanicals are solid. Looks like it needs a little love, but has potential.

If that car is in the state that it might be best used as a track car then 60% of the 355s I've seen for sale in the last 5 years were no better then track cars.

Just think this is over $40k less then a 95B that recently sold. You can do a lot of cleaning and buffing for 40 thousand dollars.

What 95B sold for 22.5k? That was not a salvage title?

I think he means the other way on the math, as in this could be a good buy at 40k less than a 355 that sold for 100
