Had a deposit on it but the PPI came back with it needed a lot of work. Car had been perfectly maintained with majors every 3 years by the 1st and 2nd owners. Under 7k miles. Then the 2nd owner bought a Lamborghini and the 355 was parked for 6 years. So it needed a major, new tires (dry rot), rear shock were leaking, bunch of other little stuff that added up to about $8k on top of a major. It was also an F1 which I was a little up in the air about. So I let it go.
I hadn't driven my car in a week. Had to stop by my house for something I forgot at home, decided to drive the car back for the afternoon. I'm here an hour and it starts raining. It's 100°F, sunny and raining. Murphy's law. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Temps dipped below 100 today after work... So I needed to shake the cobwebs out. Great loop up the canyons for about 40 miles. Robb Image Unavailable, Please Login
