It's actually part of the clutch position sensor but not sold as a replacement part. It gets re-used. 178060 CLUTCH POSITION SENSOR - Ricambi America, Inc.
Yes there is a magnet inside. You do not need to remove it, just install it in the new throw-out bearing and secure it with a new roll pin. Make sure that it is installed in the same direction as it was on the original throw-out bearing, or else the clutch position sensor will not read correctly.
