I am participating in the Virginia City Hill Climb this weekend.

Are there any convoys of cars leaving the East Bay (San Ramon area) tomorrow? Where? What time?

If this info is on a website somewhere, I apologize. I cannot find it.

I have looked forward to this event for several years and have had to drop out twice. This year is it!

    My first timer goals are:
    1. Come home in one piece
    2. Learn the course
    3. Refine my heel-and-toe shifting
    4. Get better at braking at corner entry
    5. Come home in one piece

No, for the first time in 15 years I wasn't. I had a family emergency, I'm really bummed that I missed the weekend.

Hope everything is OK. Large turnout of diverse cars. No damage or injuries except to some egos.

Looks like their site just updated recently to show Sep 16-17, 2017 as the date for this year.

    Anyone know anything about it?

    Thanks,
    LSJ
