I've seen SG1 on a white F12. I also remember the many discussion on local radio about value of the plate when it was sold.

The real shame is that the "Swiss Grenzwache" (Swiss Border Control) discreetly called Swiss Police to inform them that some potential fast cars might soon be seen speeding and consequently Swiss Police had nothing better to do than installing their silly radar traps.
SHAME ON SWISS POLICE!!! I feel so sorry for our Swiss country. Swiss Police should better do proper work and catch real criminals and all the illegal people here. But it's so much easier to take money from automobilists rather than actually work. A REAL SHAME.

Last year, on landing in Zurich, I was pulled out of the passport line by an armed officer and taken to an interrogation room. There I was forced to pay a CHF 180 fine for a speeding infraction that occurred in 2008, and was never received by me from the rental company. The offence was exceeding the speed limit by exactly 7 kph.

Again, I am really sorry for the behaviour of Swiss authorities and government. It is such a shame. Their motto is "we don't want you but we want your money".

Speeding people with a Swiss passport risk to go to jail for 2 years (seriously) whereas foreigners can only loose their driving license for Switzerland (no longer allowed to drive a car in this country). Does anybody remember Eastern Germany (DDR, Deutsche Demokratische Republik) and their Stasi methods? That's where we are today in Switzerland.

I believe that the same laws apply to foreigners with B or C permits as to citizens

...and these guys "in blue" expect respect, I laugh my head off.
It is exactely these actions which is why I feel disgust for our police.
(...besides many other shameful examples of pure moneymaking)

I'm with you Marcel, SHAME ON SWISS POLICE!!! And shame on us that we allow this.

hahaha, I just wired the German bureaucrats TEN (10) Euros for a speeding ticket on the Autobahn near Stuttgart (my criminal act took place in May 2016).
7 (seven) kms too fast (in a 100 kmh zone), three wonderful good quality black white sharp photographs of me, my wife and one of our cars (not the F12) are included in that price. Will frame them now.
As it is a company car they first had to find out via Swiss authorities who the registered owner is and then who was actually driving it (me)..........
I wired them 50 (fifty) Euros with a note that for the amount overpaid they should drink some really good coffee or go on holiday.
It is unbelievable to what lenght stupid authorities and bureaucrats go......

(PS: In Switzerland I would have probably paid 100 to 200 Euros for the same "speeding")

Anyway, who cares, it's only money.

That's another marvellous difference outlining the German generosity: you get these pictures included for 10Euros - In Switzerland you'll never get any pictures without paying stupid additional fees! - - just a pitty, the pics are not from the F12 - I would have loved to see such 10Euro-F12 pics posted here :)

Rest assured that I will undertake every possible effort for a kool shot tomorrow when I race with my F12 from Switzerland on German autobahns to Hockenheim for this weekend's Ferrari Racing Days. Could somebody please call the German Police to warn them that a crazy speeder is coming? Maybe the Swiss Border Patrol?
