Must have been high.
Remember how I keep saying this is never going to end? Well, the judge has told the jury they'll be finished this week. I'll believe it when I see it.
Is he on an hourly rate ?? Tell him to hurry up, the Ferrari community want to know what's happening ........ surely they know how important you are
Two things I can't guess... 1. How long the jury will deliberate for 2. What the verdict will be. If the jury knew EVERYTHING my thoughts would be different. There's so much they're not allowed to know..... But I understand why that is.
Sorry no financial benefit to me as I was unsecured. Stupid me, Predended he was a friend but turned out the best liar in the world and a financial phsycopath. Greed, Drugs, Hookers turns people. But I will be happy if the likes of M Kudelka and Hardwich get their cars back + many others to come
From what I overhear between the two barristers it sounds like there are quite a number of court appearances coming up for Sandro.... Criminal and civil.
He has no money and proceeds of his house sale impounded as proceeds of crime so guess who is paying his legals? Who has the most to lose ? Who has the 250 PF
Your name has been mentioned a couple of times as the person Sandro bought a tool roll for the 250PF from. The jury is not given the big picture... Only the information relevant to this matter. In fact, kudelka mentioned his missing 308 engine and gearbox and was ordered not to bring it up again. The jury also doesn't know about any other proceedings. The judge, prosecutor and defence barrister have gone to great lengths to emphasise that it's not up to Sandro and his team to prove he's innocent, but for the prosecution to prove guilt beyond reasonable doubt..... And that's where it gets tricky. I can see many things that could cause the jury to have doubt.
