If the jury knew EVERYTHING my thoughts would be different.

There's so much they're not allowed to know..... But I understand why that is.

From what I overhear between the two barristers it sounds like there are quite a number of court appearances coming up for Sandro.... Criminal and civil.

Your name has been mentioned a couple of times as the person Sandro bought a tool roll for the 250PF from.

The jury is not given the big picture... Only the information relevant to this matter. In fact, kudelka mentioned his missing 308 engine and gearbox and was ordered not to bring it up again. The jury also doesn't know about any other proceedings.

The judge, prosecutor and defence barrister have gone to great lengths to emphasise that it's not up to Sandro and his team to prove he's innocent, but for the prosecution to prove guilt beyond reasonable doubt..... And that's where it gets tricky. I can see many things that could cause the jury to have doubt.
