Did the OZ Futuras come off of a Lotus Esprit? Interesting look, period correct wheels and they maintain the NSX staggered diameters.

 

No idea, I'm receiving stock wheels also.

 

That's the way to go, I think if you sell those OZ's they might be worth something too.

 

That's the plan, I usually only keep my cars 1-2 yrs, so any extras get sold separately. Brand new tires on those wheels as well.

 

I've recently come across a black/black 1991 NSX with just over 4,000 original miles. It even has the original 1991 Yokohama tires mounted on the wheels (separate driver wheels & tires are included, of course). A time-warp NSX. Please contact me if interested.

Do you know if this NSX falls within the snap ring range of transmissions? Has the timing belt and water pump service been done? This information would be helpful to a potential buyer.

 

It is not in the snap ring range. Yes to the latter question.

 

Sterling you seem like an NSX fan but you flip them.
Is it just biz for you with these?

 

I enjoy finding gems in the rough so to speak. I'm probably a bigger Honda fan than anyone, my daily driver S2000 has around 70,000 miles from new, all of them mine.

Speaking of the NSX specifically, I actually just wrote a 3,500 word abridged history of the NSX's development, it should be published on a popular online car website soon.

One can be a specialist and also be a dyed-in-the-wool enthusiast at the same time. May I humbly submit myself as an example. In these types of scenario, its never just a biz, and the client really benefits.

The Type-R had an interior to match its intended purpose... hard to tell in these photos, but it includes a full-suede dashboard. Radio is, of course, deleted, as is A/C.

Senna and Soichiro Honda had a close friendship prior to Mr. Honda's passing in August 1991. He likely died a happy man, witnessing his company's release of the NSX and basking in the glory of F1 Constructor's Championships in 1986, 1987, 1988, 1989, 1990, and, just after his passing, in 1991.
