Thanks Chris I made a little research and the rear bumpers of the 208 turbo looks similar but are not the same Dimensions are different, the GTO host the numberplate lights and are also made by different material
Yes, it was specifically designed for the italian market where the taxation was too high for car over 2 litres Initially it was a 2 litre V8 carb fed with 155cv and honestly quite slow Then Ferrari presented the 208 turbo in 1982/1983, bodywork wise it was a 308 with rear spoiler and naca duct plus some black details The engine got K-jetronic injection and KKK turbo; With 220cv and a shorter gearing is faster than a 308i and very tractable at low revs Of course compared to a 308quattrovalvole is slower but bot by that much The evolution was the GTB turbo, with the same bodywork as per the 328 The engine got a air/air intercooler and a HIH turbo with 254cv Period road test said the GTB turbo was just as quick as the 328, which is quite something
The only reason for selling my 208 turbo is that I own two 308 dry sump and I need room in my garage for other project
Which year is your car? I'm slightly confused by your last post -- is yours the 219 PS/CV 208 turbo from 1982/3/4 or thereabouts? (I thought all the 208 coupés were GTBs.)
Dear All this week end I can take more pics But please, be so nice to tell me precisesly what you are interested in I'd like to give exactly what you desire Thannk

These turbo 208 examples are fascinating. i wonder what type of struggle/cost it would be to get this car to middle America?
Wow! What a neat F car. This is the first 208 I have seen for sale! Always cool to see the imports for sale!!GLWS
And one of their pecularities is that both the 208 turbo (equivalent to the 308 QV) and the "Turbo" (Intercooler, equivalent to the 328) still have the two-valve engine... Rgds
