Very smart. Sure look tasty in GP White. Didn't Steve Jobs have one in GP White also ?

Beau365, thanks..the interior is stock original as well as engine. Car currently has 38k miles. I happened to find this while not really looking and fortunate to have been able to acquire it 4 years ago.

Yes, black on black. I took this car on a little tour this weekend on twisty state routes with rolling hills. Absolutely amazing driving Porsches. 928's are seriously underrated!

Long may that perception continue ;)

And yes - compared to a similar vintage AM Vantage the 928 is positively svelte with pre-eminent handling to match :)

I have never ridden in one, much less driven. Is a 928 more of a GT or a sportscar?

It is a consummate GT car. Fantastic handling, perfect weight distribution, long gearing, well powered and likes being above 3,500 RPM.

It's a fantastic GT car, long legs, great steering and plenty of power.

it's more like a GT...too much bulk to toss around, there are better choices to toss around...it is great daily driver and eats up miles at a rapid comfortable pace with the ability to take a load of stuff wherever you go

if you can't find a 928 to test, try a current 911, they are about the same weight, power and allowing for similar well planted feel... with technology approaching the 40 year mark, the 928 accounts for itself well

I agree, albeit with one caveat, I've found the GT highly nimble. With a 50kg weight saving / higher lift cams / fruity mapping, they feel lively with good balance.

My preference, S4 / GTS for a DD
    GT for weekends

All things being equal in original standard factory mode :)
