Bad experience? I can tell you in the 17 years I have had season tickets I have seen three fights, one started by a Florida Gator fan, and two started by a sixty something year old nurse Bama fan. ButI am I in a section that is mostly season ticket holders.

 

Can I just start the rumor now that he goes to either Kentucky or Vanderbilt?

Different universities offer different pay. Coaches are lured to and from public universities each year based on money alone. Some are rich, some not so much.

It's all the free market at play on every level all the way down to the ticket cost.

 

Wow, I've never heard anyone have anything but good experiences with LSU fans.

 

Everyone has ******* fans but I remember hearing how bad LSU fans were before I ever made the trip for the first time back in 1991 so I was expecting something.

I wasn't disappointed. There were two LSU kids behind me, in the 11-13 year old age range that wouldn't let up on me the whole game and the language was something you wouldn't believe - and their parents were with them! If I had let anything like what they were saying to me slip out of my mouth, my dad would have left with me and kick the hell out of me when we got home.

But that was just them, then. I'm sure the folks two people to their left or right were just regular fans and nice people, but it was just funny I had that happen when I was actually expecting it.

Been down there a bunch more since with nothing memorable. Really my worst experience was at an Auburn game once. I never went back. That game I just watch at home now. Screw them.

They are everywhere. LSU has no more of a market cornered on that than we do.

I remember being treated pretty well at Auburn. Ole Miss is a different story.

 

My only logic was that he stayed in the SEC, but moved to the East where it is considerably easier to win the division.

Mizzou has a new coach this year, otherwise I would think there would be rampant rumors already, if Pinkel had been retiring this year instead of last year.

Coaching will be the difference IMO. My money is on Venables to work some magic.

Tough to win a game like that with a -2 turnover margin and5 overall but they pulled it off.

Similar end to the ND game last year which I was at. Hapoy they can still write their own story going forward great game.
