Now Elton is saying in his interview that he can't believe how it's only his cars that blow up, insinuating that the team have sabotaged him. What an unbelievable dick. He states he's concerned about the next engines he will get as he doesn't trust them.... If he saw Toto crying, he would know they are behind him, and it's pure karma

Absolutely, who would bet on Alonso to get into the top fifteen, let alone seventh. Top driver, and if the Honda is getting better, look out next year

There will be fallout during the debrief at Mercedes after that interview, it's as bad as his publishing his telemetry on Twitter, or insinuating Monaco was racially motivated when he got beat

He had gained 10 spots only a few laps into the race. His starts are unbelievable.

Yes. And McLaren can build a great chassis. Looking forward to next year when the field effectively resets to a new formula and the ban on engine development is lifted.

Their engine seems like it has made pretty big strides. They were competitive this weekend and malaysia has long straights.

Mmmmm.....Palmer was only 2 spots behind him after the restart. I wouldn't call Palmer much of a driver.

NBC is on a delay so I just saw it. I think Horner dumped it on himself instead of drinking. Rosberg was funny!

Riciardo should be penalized for shoe drinking

    That's just gross!

Excellent results. I still firmly believe Alonso is the best since Michael.

If only seb was patient at the first corner

Lightning may have struck once for Palmer, Alonso has been making fantastic starts for years so I can't say I understand your point.

Fact is, his WDC teammate started in the top 10, Alonso started last and still handed him his ass. Beast.

It really was. Great to see all the drivers chatting in the cooldown room and laughing together on the podium. Great atmosphere. :)

    All the best,
    Andrew.

Agree. Probably because Lewis wasn't there. Usually seems frosty.

Less tension when you don't have the teammate you're dueling for the WDC in the room. Things are always looser if one of the Merc duo is missing (on those rare occasions).

Palmer is the worst driver out there, to claim Alonso as the best out there is to be in line for a drug test

Good drive by Dan and Max ............. bye bye Vettel, he's not a Schumacher by a country mile
