It has to be there That car put Ferrari on the map to the general public when it needed to badly back in the late 70's. Things weren't so hot back then at a dealer. Not much to pick from new in the United States in 77. They even had to start calling the GT4 a Ferrari to move them. Then think of 1987. Big popularity change in that 10 year stretch.
I think that it is safe to say that without the 308, Ferrari would not be there anymore: there has never been a car so vital for them, and it turned the fortunes of the company around... Nothing to be ashamed of! Rgds
11 is such a strange number for a journalist to choose. Why not 10 or a dozen, I wonder? I'm glad the 308 is in there, though (just hope it wasn't an 11th hour decision )
One of them was an 11th hour addition. The introduction was not updated: "Other the years, Ferrari has been responsible for a long line of fast, powerful, and evocative sports cars and supercars. Anyone who has ever encountered a Ferrari has his or her personal favorite. Which is why Business Insider compiled a list of the 10 best Ferraris in the world. "
