    I prefer the Berlinetta version, it's a toss-up between the 312P and 330 P4. One of each would be nice.

    Yes, the 250TR is beautifull, perfect... But the 312P has something more...

    le Mans 1969, is that Chris Amon in the shot to the rear next to the gendarme? It is an exceptional image, never seen the nose look better. Thank you.

    Yes, it's Chris Amon. And Pedro Rodriguez near the cockpit. Both fantastic pilots.

    Some of you might have seen this video before...Very interesting good quality color film from 1955. With race prep for 750 Monza 0498M before being entered in the first race at the brand new Road America track. Phil hill drove the car to a photo finish against Sherwood Johnston in a long nose D-type. Before races had been held on the streets of Elkhart Lake.

    My father purchased 012 back in 1980. The car was still in its original red coupe body with yellow wheels. I remember stripping the paint off of the car in the garage. If indeed, 012 was converted to an open car, the conversion back to berlinetta must have happened before 1980, although I am curious if this information is correct, as the coupe body looked original, and needed to be stripped and repainted when we got the car.

    I think the car that was cut was 002 according to Barchetta.

    Tony, you're correct; it was 002 that was cut into a spider, not 012. I'm sure Ed Niles will confirm this.

    They are heavy cars which came with inadequate brakes. Most were modified with larger brakes to slow them down. All this created a lot of heat.

    Question: Does anyone have any pictures of Ferrari Ferrari 166 Spyder Corsa chassis 010I with the body it had from 1949 and into the '70s? Barchetta says it was a coupé body made by then owner John Willment, but I believe it was actually constructed by the british coachbuilder Williams & Pritchard (which is why I am interested in finding a picture of it).

    I'm looking for the race number of the Ferrari 225 S 0154ED, winner of the Italian hillclimb Vittorio Veneto-Cansiglio 1952 (September 14th), driver Pietro Palmieri. I couldn't find any data nor pic so far
