Ideally the cheapest due to our lost £. Originally looking at Ascari.

Excellent track that. Aragon probably won't be expensive either but Ascari will likely be the better one, also because of the track surroundings RE catering/accommodation it'll be a better experience as well at Ascari. Aragon is of course a race track first whereas Ascari is more trackday, so the setup is different. Perhaps with Evo's massive reach a deal could be made with Ascari...

Maybe have a look at Guadix? Very safe track.

Or if you want Motherland, Misano near Rimini could be a candidate. It's a nice track, and we had a couple of hours 2 weeks ago for just over €2k. The guys are super friendly and helpful.

Bugger what a shame. Hopefully this isn't preventing you from stabling your thoroughbred at home and enjoying her as you wish.

Might be wishful thinking but does an LM retrospectively qualify you for the XX programme and the corse clienti track days?

Wishful thinking I'm afraid, hence my considering a sort of private Corsa Clienti at possibly Ascari as UK is so regulated with noise regulations, and rubbish weather.

Haha I get the impression the latter regulation is strictly enforced.

Thanks for all your suggestions and currently Ascari looks like the best bet for a years trial as it appears well set up with all facilities I would want and most importantly I can leave the car there and Malaga is an easy flight away. No noise regs, great weather, clearly demanding, good run offs, not too crowded. Going to visit in a couple of weeks to see if reality lives up to the hype.

I remember playing that track on gran turismo or forza (can't remember which one) but it was pretty tough to nail a good lap time.

One's great but two is better. On a recent visit to Mototechnique I was somewhat flattered to see that a fellow Fchatter had followed my lead, and to Moto T, and was having the LM treatment carried out on his standard F40. No Michelotto, obviously no race history but lovely nonetheless.

Were the mirrors discussed in this thread? I'm sorry I don't remember seeing anything about changing them and am just curious.

    Enjoy your beautiful machine!

I hope they lived up to expectations!

Car, back on road tyres, now being cleaned up prior to going to Topaz next week for a full custom protective wrap which sounds like an interesting process as there is no standard design available.

Truly beautiful - Tim is there any suggestion that a wrap is bad news as robs originality ?
