    Have you ever asked your dealer service rep for the name of someone to speak with at Ferrari NA? My dealer gave me a phone number and no name, said he is not allowed to give out a name.

    If you email [email protected] you get someone in Italy, I believe ... a woman named Althea was my point of contact and things happened quickly when she got involved.

    Yes.
    Call FNA and ask for the territory rep for that dealer. I had a problem with a dealer and worked it out using some pressure from FNA.
