Cool. Is the lateral/yaw prop on the back something new? Assume it has reverse pitch. What about the others?
Entirely new design out of Germany. Rear facing prop is for thrust vectoring forward and up , side mounted is for yaw. Side props vector up and down

Do you ever forget where you are? I love seeing your travel pics, it just seems you are on the road all the time. Travel safe
Im sooooooooo over airline travel. But........snapped a great pic from OAK to LLBG last night over Greenland. The 787 has some strange filter ont he passengers windows. It looked like the Northern Lights out there.
Thanks for the kind words. I don't even post them all! I did have a lapse once but usually I know where I wake up!
I really love it. For me and my family of four it's the perfect time machine. It's reliable, pressurized, gets up to FL410 above most weather, and fast enough. It's perfect for single pilot ops and has a lot of redundancy. It's also nice to burn 60 gph at cruise going 370 kts on two engines.

Just want to take a minute to thank all the pilots (on here especially) for keeping me safe. Its always smiles when i fly. BDL to DCA to YYZ sporting the crest. Image Unavailable, Please Login
BDL has a nice little bar with great, local craft beers for $6 or $7 bucks. Also, if you walk in the door and go all the way to the left, there's another security entrance that NEVER has a line. #bdlhacks
Wish i saw that earlier! I have NEXUS/pre check but the beers would have been nice. BDL is nice. I had the option of an early flight out to DCA but refused. Would rather spend more time with space and better food than crammed and waiting. Thankfully ny next flight from BDL is direct. Happy to see vintage hartford whalers souvenirs
There is nothing better than that, you and your son flying together. My boys tell me that they have good memories of flying with me when they were little. Not at 11,000 feet but at maybe 2000 feet in a restored 1942 Aeronca L-3. It doesn't matter how high but that it was done with them.
Technically not taken while flying, but still seemed suitable for his thread. It's not easy, but someone has to work airshows. Image Unavailable, Please Login

The Prysmian Copper Wire Tower, just off the front of the wheel fairing, is the tallest building (373 feet) in South Carolina. This was taken today on my flight from KHXD to KAND. Here is a time lapse video of its construction. https://youtu.be/UtznklVFYHQ Image Unavailable, Please Login
