When asked which is the best Ferrari Supercar the needle always seems to float towards F40. But which is the LEAST desireable?

IMO it will always be the one that was replaced by the newest one so at the moment Enzo. The newest will be popular and the older ones will have built up more time to be remembered and viewed fondly. The one most recently replaced has yet to establish itself as well, relatively. I love them all. :)

Its a bit like saying which is the ugliest of the *****cat dolls! when they are all fairly gorgeous.

I would say the F50 was less favoured for a long time, but in recent years its pure engineering physique is pulling it back in line with the others rather than relying on its looks, if that makes sense.

It's no longer being placed at the back at the stage with the drummer, but now lining up with the chorus :) and in time may well give a solid performance up front.

Yes totally agree that if Ferrari has stuck with the original planned production numbers for the F40 then it would have gone solo a long time ago! Its a 288 that went to the gym and got seriously toned, dropped the cocktail dress and came back out on stage in a bikini and killer heels!

Depends if you mean least desirable to me, or by the market. As said before, the F50 seems to of been undervalued for a while but the Enzo is my least favourite personally.

Enzo is the least desirable for me not even close. I think it's hideous.

    Have to agree with BMW.SauberF1Team.

I'd Rank: F40-F50-288GTO-LaFerrari-Enzo. And when (and if) LaFerrari gets a replacement, LaFerrari will go to the end od the Ranking.

For me, personally, it's the 288 GTO. Partly has to do with size. Because of my height, I need serious modifications to be able to fit (I know of a 6'6'' guy who drove a stock one. Legs spread, head brushing the headliner...).

I think the 288 GTO is stunning, but prefer the F40 looks wise. The Enzo needs a faster gearbox or it just feels ''old'', but it wins over the 288 GTO because of interior space (and the doors!). Love the Laferrari but the F50 is top dog for me.

288 GTO however to place this question in perspective it's like asking which is the least desirable Victoria Secrets Angels....

I put the F40 in last place for the looks and production #. F50 always catches the flack, and the Enzo did as well when first released, but I think they're aging quite gracefully. I think time has been kind to the 288 as well.

Hardest question that's always asked to me. One of my favorite cars EVER is an F40 (I don't have one for now) and I do own a 288, Enzo & LaF. So unfortunately I have to say a F50. It's like saying which of your 5 kids do you like the least.

I picked the 288. It's a cool car but imho it's just a rebodied 308/328 (I know it isn't but that's the impression I get). The others look like supercars to me. My all time favorite is the F40

I voted Enzo. But its so hard to pick.

I had to say which is the least desirable right now. Because this will probably change.

For me the most desirable are the F40 and the F50. F40 because of all the obvious and the F50 because its V12 and manual and rare. The 288 is also rare and the progenitor and I could not vote against it, but to my eyes it has always looked unfinished on the side (look toward the bottom), and rear (look at the diff hanging out, like a pick up truck!), but the 288 is the 288 and otherwise it looks good.

Then we have the Enzo and LF. Enzo looks great, so does LF. On looks I will choose the LF but it could be a case of "latest/greatest". But Enzo tech is now clearly eclipsed, so that was what did it for me. No bad choices, but if I must choose which one is least desirable to me right now, it is the Enzo.

Yeah but its a testament to the F40 that they simply could not say no to the demand. :)

been in a f50. very exciting. very loud. very visceral. i would have one if the price was right - ie not where it is now.
enzo - would have it anywhere anytime any color
la ferrari - no desire whatsoever.

f40 - been there done that, voted with my wallet :)

I think that's the key point, and the magic that's Ferrari.

Drive a model from some marques, and it will feel like any other model in that family. Drive an older model, and some feel just very old.

Maybe I'm blinded by the Ferrari badge but each Ferrari is different, and it's not just cosmetics. My F50 is significantly different in driving experience compared to my F40. Honestly, one is not better than the other.

They are delightfully different. Yet unmistakably Ferrari.

Given that you own one and have hugely improved it, I think you have possibly misunderstood the question :)
