Moretti, I was reasonably certain that you probably had not raced your very nice car, just as you knew that there was very little chance that Steve's 355F1 had been raced by the Ferrari factory. In future I will keep out of others conversations.
No , no mate, jump in, all good I was in fact referring to the known Ferrari fact that ONLY factory raced vehicles are "actually" entitled to put shields on ..... but this has turned into a Ferrari money spinner by offering shields (I've heard ridiculous figures of $16K for them ) I like ribbing Mr Shields about having them on a dirty old 355 when they were introduced on ALFAs race managed by Enzo, which I'm sure you know Please keep jumping in, nice to have intelligent posts interspersed with the usual dribble I'm sure you have an extensive aircraft background .... care to enlighten the great unwashed ?
