Welcome Sergio, what a nice car, looks very well cared for...! Blue in any variation fit's the car the best imho. Manual 6 speed, early steering wheel, perfect - enjoy!
They are just as pretty with the cover on... Those storage containers would never work in Los Angeles California cheers, Bill

Well, my 1st time ever there in the "Green Hell" although now it was all nice and colourful, for most of the time. (some fog and a bit wet on Saturday) I was able to only do one lap on Sunday, and then the track was closed yet again (I sat as co-driver in my friend's 993 for 20-30 laps before) but I was happy for the most of it. Of course I got lost after half a lap and then there was a lot of traffic. I guess I should buy some of these photos, perhaps I can then re-post them with better quality and no watermarks. But all in all a very nice weekend in Nürburg at the 'ring and at the same time the end of my second summer with the 456 GT, now the car has 96.000km on it and I have driven almost 8.000km out of that. But both the big Le Mans circuit and Nürburgring this year 8) Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Hi, Sorry, I did not have a look at the gauges, nor did I have any app like Cyclemeter running, and I had managed to run out of battery on the GoPro due to Bluetooth using so much power when I used it in my friend's 993, so I did not get any on-board video either. A good thing these guys with their cameras are spread around the track as otherwise I would not have any pics either (except a selfie after the run). But you can see how low the body is in the Karussel, my car is 100% stock except the 18" Maranello wheels and Michelin PSS's, so I guess I did have "enough" speed. BTW I did hear one nasty "clonk" coming out of the Karussel, but I hope it was just the exhaust silencer and not a lambda sensor or something else. I think you can see from my face I was very concentrated! (I'm not normally that serious) Cheers, Pekka T. Fin.
Great Photos and some great memories. You were definately moving (to use an Ozzie expression , "up it for the rent" ) spring compression looks like the car is severely lowered. Magic stuff thanks for posting.
