Ferrari 308 GTB Vetroresina Exhaust

For sale is a complete Stainless Steel exhaust system for a European Dry Sump Fiberglass 308 GTB. I am not sure of the manufacturer since there are no markings but I suspect Nuvolari.
This system may fit other models but has the single, left side, tailpipe which is common in all Vetroresina cars.
Asking price is $1,500 plus shipping. Similar systems sell for over $4K.

The single (left side) tailpipe was original for ALL carbed european 308, so all 308 GTB and all 308 GTS with carburettors, not only drysump GTB (Steel and Glass).

Markus, Thank you for this very useful information. I am guessing many of the carbureted cars were converted to dual exhausts later in life?

This is a 4 tip, which is correct for a US car.

 

Very nice exhaust. If it was a dual exhaust it would have been very tempting.

The yellow car look like a 77 US car. Side markers and exhaust grill. Wrong mirrors.

 

I am learning that there were pronounced differences between US and Euro versions.
