Who is the King of Personal Attacks if not YOU?

You are ALWAYS the one who commences the negativity.

It blows the mind that you are such a glutton for punishment, and constantly come on here to pick fights with me.

The you have to do stuff like this:
    http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/144382915-post1088.html

"I shall accept the board members response to my posting in regards to Joe and offer an apology if it has come across as attacking.
For this Mr Joe Sackey, I apologize."

A hollow apology proffered, followed by half-a-dozen subsequent harassing posts on the same thread :roll eyes:

Exactly the same as disparaging the 25th Anniversario, then immediately going out and buying a boatload of them.

Only a hypocrite says one thing and blatantly does another.

At least you are cataloging your own lack of integrity, bitterness and lame actions all by yourself here on FChat in a systematic way in writing for all to see, compiled, authored by none other than yourself, ready for publication, more than can fit into a whole book, and it sure does paint a pretty picture - Thank goodness for post archives!

Why do you think I allowed you to continue to attack me without any response for 2 whole years? Think about that. Pattern of practice.

2016 sure has been different, hasn’t it? :D

The sad part for you is, if you had worked with me as opposed to always working against me, that boatload of Countachs you are stuck with, can’t sell and are losing money on by the day, would all be sold by now at prices to make even you happy (not that you could pay me enough to work with you).

The bottom line is you do such a terrible job selling these cars that they sit on the market for years and this hurts the entire Countach market for those variants of cars you can’t sell. IMO.

All you bring is negativity, period.

Was a joke to the entire Lamborghini community.

Pathetic attitude, maybe there is a reason you can’t sell those Countachs.

Post the Black Downdraft on here or I'm calling utter & total BS (happy to be proven wrong, at least we'll get a relevant Downdraft posting and increase the thread's viewership & post count!)

Ive got one piece of advice for you - if you don't like what you read on this thread, EFF-off somewhere else and make yourself happy, or, you'll get this sort of response from me.

I responded to you invoking my name with out provocation and claiming I was wrong....which is your opinion, I simply responded with what was my opinion.

Please dont worry about my livelihood and what I do or do not sell...I will be just fine.

It does amaze me how you dont break your arm or elbow from patting yourself on the back each and every day.

Nice to know and THANKS for letting everyone here as well KNOW.. that JUST for the fact YOUR involved in the sale of a Countach, (as you state to help me) the price would be INFLATED and greater then what I am asking for my cars for sale. NICE to know that we can ALL pay your OVER market rates JUST because your involved LOL LOL

So lets just wait and see you post the two Dyno sheets form your car when it is done...I WOULD like nothing MORE then to have documentation that your DD hits 470 plus HP..FANTASTIC. Still means its for that specific car. Go ahead and post what "Published" public documents you have in the claim of ALL DD cars do 470HP and better...I for one would like to see that..I also hope they do...would be great.

I still, at least for me, can not for the LOVE OF GOD really tell the difference between a 455 HP Countach and a 470 HP Countach if I were driving them on the street...if you can GREAT, your a fantastic person for telling the difference in 2 cars of 15HP...could not be happier for you.

We ARE worried about what you clearly cannot sell, because anyone who owns a variant of car you cannot sell suffers as a result of your incompetence.

That boatload of Countachs you are stuck with, can’t sell and are losing money on by the day, doesn't help the market! It affects it adversely. Basic economics any business person would understand.

The bottom line is you do such a terrible job selling these cars that they sit on the market for years and this hurts the entire Countach market for those variants of cars you can’t sell.

As regards the power discussion, you are WRONG, period. Added to that, you are clueless about that topic and the last person in the Lamborghini community qualified to talk about it!

Clearly you absolutely adore the Countach Downdraft.

That’s why you come on here 4-5 plus times a day.

Therefore, to disparage the car and make the comments you do when you post shows you to be a hypocrite, but we already know this to be the case as proven by yourself with your antics with the 25th.

    You got your reward.

Clearly also, you are very slow at picking up life-lessons and moving on.

But hey, I’m happy to deal with you, ANYTIME

Now post the black Downdraft, if indeed its existence is not an outright fabrication (again I'm happy to be proven wrong).

Waiting for chassis number and pictures of that black Downdraft you claim you own ;)

Boy the post-count on this thread is really zipping along :D

This thread has 197,000 + views and growing, not insignificant internet presence.

In the last 10 minutes I have gotten no less than seven (7) emails from different Downdraft owners and enthusiasts alike, watching ROY DRAMA unfold.

Way to establish a persona in the community.

The funny thing is, for all his loud-mouth BS behind the keyboard, when you meet this man in public, he's quiet-as-a-mouse, a proper shrinking violet, believe me.

    At least that's my experience.

Yes, I guess I dont OVERCHARGE for my services when I sell cars, especially ones that "Have no needs"...which is also in the archives here.
I am happy with my cars and what I sell...

BUT heck if your so concerned for the world of car sales....and since ONLY you know how to sell these cars and ONLY you would be able to get prices "that even I would not expect"...or otherwise as you have started here, would be OVERPRICED just for the fact that your involved...

then to SAVE the community you should really dedicate your services,

GO SELL ALL MY CARS YOU WANT FOR $10% over my asking price, (which you claim you can do) and collect extra money...apparently you are so sure of yourself that this can be done...then go do it...

No skin off of my nose...2 sold in the last 6 months is fine with me...eventually ALL cars sell..and since I dont have a flooring plan, there is no need to worry how long I have them, bought and paid for so can sit here as long as it takes...

I do recall all your cry baby Lawyer's letters to me, that I wiped my ASS with. Also your multiple attacks to my children and family, and your harassing them on their private numbered cell phones...which I EVEN thought was pretty LOW for you...family is OFF limits..PERIOD!!

I have not now or ever to advocate violence...but if thats how you feel...again here is my schedule..

    I live North of Seattle.
I am at work most everyday from 11am to 4PM

I am at the gym MWF 9am to 10;30AM
    Pure Fitness Results

  7. I think that's enough from both sides. I'm not going to waist time on a pm. Talk about the cars, and only the cars, no more jabs or I'm closing the thread, passing out bans or whatever is easier for me.

    Congratulations.

As Joey says, lets talk about the cars, and only the cars.

    This is the Downdraft thread.

Post the black Downdraft, if indeed its existence is not an outright fabrication (again I'm happy to be proven wrong), we are waiting for chassis number and pictures of that black Downdraft you claim you own.

As has just been pointed out to me via email:

"IF HE TRULY OWNS A DOWNDRAFT, WHY OH WHY WOULD HE HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THE FACTORY ENGINEER’S CLAIM OF 455 - 470 BHP??"

Moving right along and back on track, the car is being test-driven this week (sadly not by me!) and I am told it sounds "lean & mean" - let's hope.

    Brakes were bled.

Also, we're moving timing slightly to smooth out a little stumble off idle, with minor adjustments & tuning also happening.

I hope to see it in the next few days when my restorer is happy with it and has got it running more sweetly.

It appears we will come in at exactly 12 months, I can't believe its drawing to a close.

The entire team has done an awesome job, hats off to them.

loving the car Joe, it looks amazing.

did you keep any of Raymonds modifications in the end ?
ignition module, bmc filters, upgraded cooling and bigger brakes are a few that spring to mind.

oh and with the blueprinted engine and sportier cams did you or have you considered the airbox mod thats been mentioned a few times (spacer or thicker gasket ???)

It looks like we are going with Raymond's ignition module - more on this to follow.

Yes, we have considered the air-box spacer as that is indeed something you cannot see, and now with the sport exhaust & headers in situ, its seems the logical option.

But we will decide on all after Valentino Balboni arrives from Italy to test-drive it and comment. This should happen @ a month.

In doing a little research for credible sources on the Downdraft in the period, besides Dottore Stefano Pasini's work with the people who built the cars, I find that J-F Marchet did a lot of research work in period also, and his book with Coltrin is not bad for the time.

    Its worth having.

I quite like Peter Dron's book as one of the best in-period sources, as a great effort went into it.

    That's JLA12414 on the cover.

In Japan, the Countach is worshipped, and there are so many publications on it and its heritage.

Lots of Downdraft material within, but I can't read Japanese!

The ex-Gerald Carroll Downdraft currently still showing some of its original special-order features.

Gerald liked a bit of pizzazz on his cars, unfortunately he never found out about the 'Gold Package' option or he likely would have ticked that box!

FWIW the wheels of JLA12397 arrived from the factory with a polished finish.

Rather than publishing a book (sadly a dying medium) on GLA12997 or Downdrafts in general, I think what I'll consider doing is build a website for the cars, as a resource, where all the useful material can be presented, factory material, period press, restoration material, everything including future videos & events.

This way people can have an online presence that is a comprehensive resource, and it can be regularly updated.

Funnily enough I got the idea from this image from Lambocars below.
