First test render based on spy photos above: https://s14.postimg.org/mxwyp5wtd/Ferrari_F12_M_by_Milanno_11.jpg
Very interesting Milanno-thank you. I still see it slightly differently as per my earlier post. I just wish I had a tenth of your skills to demonstrate! Image Unavailable, Please Login
I think I know what you have in mind, but I am still not sold on that (aero) solution: https://s14.postimg.org/en6qpu5b5/Ferrari_F12_M_by_Milanno_12.jpg
Yes, that is one non flying buttress solution and just working as an aero device, but my thinking is that the degree of coverage to the rear window suggests to me that it could change as well and thus maybe channel more air over the rear window and to what appears to be a more defined rear spoiler. Very interesting- thank you guys! My take on logic and Ferrari: not so much! Sure the 550-575 etc but they often change the rules.
The tail is very similar to the GTC4 Lusso and it will have four taillights. No buttresses. Lots of air vents everywhere, new front. Marcel Massini
Thank you, so it must be more an F40 style inlet but working on an aero basis as per Milannos render. At least that explains the Mule detail which has been nagging me. http://www.autocar.co.uk/car-news/motor-shows-geneva-motor-show/2017-ferrari-f12-m-successor-f12-undergoes-testing
the rear looks like Lusso for sure. The side profile is F12 with some 599 in there, the front is the big mystery to me?? Are we expecting same dimensions as F12? Is there a LF style central element (fin) there? This is getting really interesting.
Snippets that I've read here and elsewhere seem to say a slightly smaller and lighter car than the F12 - hope it's 800BHP. On another note, I also hear that the RHD models will start production 3rd quarter next year which is earlier than I'd thought.
Marcel, what's your take on the overall new look for the F12M and will it be slightly smaller and lighter? I think my wish for 800HP is a nice dream!!!
The spy photos seem to show a pronounced curve on the decklid spoiler. I wouldn't expect the thong lines on the rear fascia but something closer to the gtc4 with the TDF exhaust ports as well... SV
Guys what do you think about panoramic roof? Qucik render: https://s13.postimg.org/404e4wx7r/F12_M_Panorama_by_Milanno_01.jpg
As Marcello said: now I'm convinced about the latter option you mentioned too, think will be very interesting to see the integration between aesthetic, aero and past recalling shapes.
It seems beautiful, but probably not advantageous in terms of weight and torsional stiffness, anyway good job!
I think it would be a great option. Looks superb in your top view. Wondering how it would look from side view?
That last set of spy pics is brilliant, worth posting some. I find especially interesting the void behind the front wheel. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Disappointing if accurate IMO. Don't like the rear of the Lusso at all and lots of air vents means the flaps and gills guy is still there. The later pictures look like perhaps still a hatchback and rear quarter windows. Must say that this mule is very well disguised. Rear is more rounded near fenders (boat tail) as the article points out. I'm interested in the motor and what changes to the intake and how the look was implemented. I'm sure no plastic intakes like the 488. Having the full 800HP is looking less likely perhaps. Can't wait till shots from Dec get out.
Yes the void is very pronounced - maybe it's an expanded version of the aero bridge ? Also the car cover seems to drop a little behind the rear edge
Panaromic roof would be my number 1 option to go for. Having that more view outside, whilst being in a hard top would be amazing. It also compliments the flowing lines of the rest of the body imho. Well done Milano.
Other than the 4 tail lights, I'm having a tough time imagining anything about this car with it's disguise on.
A mini vintage Testarossa void behind front wheels, and air intake between the rear quarter windows and the body that will diffuse under the integrated rear spoiler area (think DB-11).
For some reasons I think that the styling of the part after the front wheels will look like as of F60 America. http://www.pngpix.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/06/PNGPIX-COM-Ferrari-F60-America-Car-PNG-Image.png F60 and Ferrari F12 M Spy Photos photo | Motor1.com F12 M
