@ F2003-GA, rockitman, ttforcefed, Tenny, F12kid: thanks guys!

@Traveller: Thanks Tim; the rims do look perfect. Look forward to seeing your beast.

@mytoys: yes, will be fun to compare (assuming I don't scare myself half to death lol).

Read the Autocar article this week-in the wet in Wales on cold tyres.

    Not for me......

Agree, was a very entertaining read but wet, twisting roads in a TDF - for braver souls than I.

I picked up my GTO up on a cold but thoroughly dry day in January 2011, and loved it.

Not to take delivery but to see her. She will have protection film applied and any paint correction.

But yes: work hard, play harder :)

Just saw the photos of my car at its last stages in the factory.
    Rosso Fuoco.
    Black interior with red accents.
Should see it just in time for some hairy winter driving (although the Autocar article was a bit scary)!
    Exciting.

Looks wonderful, and without wishing to overplay it, especially with those rims.

Sure. It ends at the top edge of the boot. Here's the final production shot.
