    I was just about to post the same thing. I had a friend who got free preview party tickets through Mercedes-Benz AMG, but no tix this year.

    Then I searched and could find no party.

    Also, all of the exotic marques are gone. No Ferrari, Lamborghini, Rolls-Royce, Bentley, Aston Martin, Lotus, Spyker, Bugatti, McLaren, etc...

    The only ones left are Maserati and Porsche.

    And... I haven't seen a singe TV commercial for the show or any "Auto Show Preview" shows on TV as in previous years.

    Maybe the end is near?

    Sad.

    That's sad. Last time I attended the preview show, I chatted with Sylvester Stallone about an upcoming Mustang. The guy is a big fan of muscle cars.

    The last time I went was two years ago and it was just like walking down the local car dealer row; Kia, Toyota, Chevy, Ford, Lexus, Infiniti, Mercedes,... Only you had to pay to be one of the masses. I couldn't wait to leave.
